Louise Bagshaw
Louise Bagshaw moved to Lanzarote in 2003 with her partner and 3-year-old son. Having an extensive career in the UK travel industry, Louise built a long established and loyal client base and won many accolades for her sales and high levels of customer service. Her passion for which has continued on and since has helped many clients find their dream home in Lanzarote and now Louise is achieving her own dreams and is excited to have the opportunity to work alongside Ben Simkins and together they have created Olivinia Real Estate Lanzarote.
Ben Einar Simkins
Ben was born in the UK and relocated to Lanzarote in 1975 with his family when he was 9 years old, when the Island and Playa Blanca was just starting to evolve as a tourist destination. Ben has a Spanish wife and together they have twin teenage daughters. Ben is a qualified economist and tax consultant, having his own successful accountancy firm. Ben has always had a passion and keen eye on the local property market, coupled with his knowledge and customer service approach, Ben is delighted to create Olivina Real Estate in joint partnership with Louise Bagshaw.
Ben and Louise have a longstanding friendship which started when Ben became the family accountant. Having both lived and worked on the Island for many years, they understand how important is to be honest and reliable.
